SURE CLEAN & SURE SEAL

SureClean is introduced as an effective solution to remove the residual dry powdery material in the conveyor belts. The SureClean is driven with a motorized belt cleaner while the fingers of brush will be rubbing against the moving Belt and it is recommended as a secondary or tertiary cleaner, depending on the severity and characteristic of residual dust.

SURESEAL

SureSeal is a simple and effective sealing system that prevents spillage at the conveyor loading areas, thus reducing the clean-up and maintenance costs. The state-of-the-art skirt box and the rubber sealing at the sides ensures that even fine dust particles are prevented from spilling out. SureSeal system is suitable for all types of belt conveyors and can be installed at site with nominal modification in the existing conveyor system. SureSeal can be effective for any lengths of the conveyor for any troughing angles.
